Port Bouvard acquired a significant parcel of land in picturesque Esperance on Western Australia’s southern coast during the financial year. Rights to develop this land were originally granted via a development agreement, however, the Company elected to purchase this land outright and develop the unique canal estate itself.
This development is an opportunity for Port Bouvard to capitalise on its vast development, project management and marketing expertise, particularly in the specialised field of canal construction.
The Company hopes to achieve all necessary approvals for the development within the next two years.
