Northport

With magnificent homes, easy access to the Indian Ocean, deep, calm canals and plenty of open space, Northport offers an enviable lifestyle.

Eastport Stage 5 island canal lots – All 34 lots sold during a very successful campaign at the end of 2009 are due to settle during April 2010, returning $7 million of gross sales to the Company. The building is presently is 92% complete and is on time and within budget.

Port Bouvard Marina - Sold for $4.75m in line with the Non-core asset disposal strategy.

Southport

Port Bouvard’s Southport precinct, surrounding The Cut Golf Course and neighbouring the Indian Ocean, has continued to be popular with buyers.

Land sales within Southport remained strong with Stage 6 sold out and only one lot remaining in each of Stage 3
and Stage 5.

The 30 Links Golf Villas were sold through a successful campaign in 2008 with 12 villas being leased back by Port Bouvard to form the companies short term luxury holiday rental operation. 

In 2007 Port Bouvard commenced construction of the iconic Oceanique Luxury Apartments.  Stage one of the towers has sold out with the completion of a successful pre-sales campaign.  The final release is currently open for registration. 

Through Port Bouvard's capital restructuring process they have maintained a lot pipeline in excess of 3,000 lots.
